Friends

+Lord, I give you my love for my friends. Take my relationships and make them holy. Help me to love and appreciate those people in my life and love them in a way that I see you in them at all times. If it is your will, Lord, keep us together and help us grow strong in your light - forever furthering each other on the path to sainthood. In your most holy name, Amen.

Troubled

+Lord, your child is troubled and weary. Help me to see through my cloudy eyes, to see you in front of me with outstretched arms. Hold me close and never let go.

For Carolina

+Lord, bless your daughter, Carolina, and lead her where you would have her. Watch over her and protect her from the evils that prowl the earth. Guide her to a loving, faithful, Catholic man and if it is your will, let them be married - to grow together in love with you, in you, for you. Most of all Lord, I pray that your will be done. Help us to leave everything at your feet and trust in you. And Lord, if you will, teach me humility.

+Lord, we thank you with all of our beings for calling these men to your service and allowing them to guide us, your children, to you. Bless our priests and make them holy.

Acceptance of Life in the Present Moment

Jesus, I want to live in the present moment, to live as if this were the last day of my life. I want to use every moment scrupulously for the greater glory of God, to use every circumstance for the benefit of my soul. I want to look upon everything from the point of view that nothing happens without the will of God. God of unfathomable mercy, embrace the whole world and pour Yourself out upon us and through the merciful Heart of Jesus. Amen.
