For my friend's roommate, Nicole, who is suffering from a bout of depression and is suicidal. May the Good Lord be with her in this time of need and Mother Mary comfort her in her distress. I pray for wisdom for all those who help her to overcome this and strength not only for Nicole, but her family. I pray also for her friends who will suffer through this with her - that they know it is okay to not be able to 'fix' or 'cure' her, that it's okay not to know what to do, and that they find the support they need to support their friend during this time.
